Individual Psychotherapy:
I offer individual therapy grounded in the Gestalt approach, which begins with 3-5 initial consultation sessions. During these sessions, we’ll assess your readiness for therapy and identify the goals you wish to achieve. The therapeutic process is tailored to your unique needs and can last anywhere from six months to several years, depending on the nature of the issues you're working through. Gestalt therapy focuses on increasing self-awareness, personal growth, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Coaching:
Coaching is a process designed to support individuals in achieving their goals, both personal and professional, as well as improving performance and life satisfaction. Coaching may involve shifting perspectives, preparing for new professional roles, making critical decisions, or pursuing personal ambitions. Sessions are held every two weeks, and the process typically concludes after eight sessions. With regular meetings and clearly defined objectives, coaching provides effective support for reaching desired outcomes. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching focuses solely on the present and does not delve into past experiences.
Mediation:
Mediation is a voluntary and effective way to resolve conflicts, where, as a neutral mediator, I help parties reach a mutual agreement. Unlike traditional court proceedings, I do not impose solutions. Instead, I facilitate communication, help identify interests, find common ground, and assist in crafting solutions that satisfy both sides. My mediation services are ideal for resolving family, legal, business, and workplace disputes, offering a quick, efficient, and cost-effective alternative to lengthy and expensive court processes. Take advantage of mediation to find a satisfying resolution to your conflict with my guidance!
