My name is Kasia Jankowska, and I am the founder of Mentis Psychotherapy Practice. I also collaborate with the Center for Psychotherapy and Sexology in Gdynia.

I’m certified in coaching and mediation, and I’m currently in my third year of training and certification at the Gestalt Psychotherapy School in Warsaw. For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with people in a variety of settings, providing coaching sessions, business mediations, and psychotherapy. I gained clinical experience during my internship at Wolmed Psychiatry Clinic and have been working with clients in private. I help individuals navigate difficult life transitions and make meaningful changes in both their personal and professional lives.

I invite you to schedule an initial consultation—either in person or online—so we can explore how therapy, coaching, or mediation can support your goals and well-being.

In my work, I have a deep respect for each person’s unique experience and approach every client with curiosity and empathy. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel at ease. Sessions are available in person at my practice or via online platforms, depending on your preference.

I practice from a humanistic perspective, focusing on self-regulation and expanding awareness. I also integrate elements of existential therapy and schema therapy to tailor the process to your individual needs.

I’m committed to ongoing professional development through specialized training, and I regularly engage in supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.

I work with adults dealing with burnout, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and those looking to develop their social and emotional skills.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mother, sea lover, and the proud owner of a dog named Dobby.

Feel free to get in touch to schedule a session. Together, we can find the path to greater well-being and harmony in your life.
